With 30 years in the business, one of the most frequent questions that is asked by clients is if we use subcontractors or in-house employees for the flooring installations. Other stores answer the same...we use subcontractors like everyone else. This was one of the biggest visions for Smart Floors was to get away from the use of subcontractors and bring back the in-house employees for installations. Currently about 70% of the work done by Smart Floors is with our employees, which is huge. No other flooring store in Lee, Collier, or Charlotte County with the volume of Smart Floors can say that. And Smart Floors is growing every day! The goal is to have 100% of our installations to be done by Smart Floors staff and eliminate the use of subcontractors altogether.
What is a Smart Warranty?
Smart Floors gives a lifetime labor warranty on our installations. How can we do that? It goes back to using our own people to install your floors instead of the use of subcontractors. When you are shopping around for floor covering, make sure to ask about the company warranty policy.
